This 18th century palace is part of the older Darbargadh of the princely state of Gondal. The Palace is a festival of stone carvings that can be seen on the façade, columns, brackets and balconies. The Palace has now been converted into museum with rooms housing utensils, textiles, silverware, elephant howdahs, trophies, hand painted 1980s wooden toys, and antique furniture. |
